How do your Sleepovers work?

When you book a Sleepover package with us, we work with you to make your theme exactly what you are looking for. You can choose from any one of our inspirations that we showcase or you can mix and match to make your set up unique. Once a theme has been decided, we personalize name plates or tray mats for the Sleepover. The day of the Sleepover, we show up, set up a fabulous Sleepover for you to enjoy and come back the next day to clean it all up. You get to throw a party that everyone will be talking about without having to do any of the work to put it together or break it down.

Can I use a venue other than my house?
​
Yes! We will set up in any venue as long as you have permission and have paid any appropriate fees associated with the rental of the venue.

Can I have a "Sleep Under" instead of a Sleepover?
​
Yes! We have the option to set up for a Sleep-under that includes all the same choices as a Sleepover.
​
How much space is required to set up the teepees?
​
Our air mattresses require a minimum of 20 square feet each. If you are looking for setups that are facing each other then the space needs to be at least 16 feet wide. If your setups are adjacent to each other then a 10 foot wide space is recommended.

For space constrained parties, we offer memory foam mattresses that only require 13 square feet. Not sure how much space is needed? A typical living room is 12 x 18 feet which means if the space is clear, we can fit 10 teepees with air mattresses or 16 teepees with memory foam mattresses.

How long is the rental period for each Sleepover?
​
Each rental period is a maximum of 24 hours for a sleepover unless otherwise agreed to by us.
​
How much time is required to set up each Sleepover?
​
As a rule of thumb, we need any space to be available 2 hours prior to the party start. Setups generally take 60 to 90 minutes with buffer time in case there are any circumstances or conditions we need to work around at your venue. We will do our best to communicate in advance to you if any additional time is needed based on elements included in your Sleepover.

How do your event rentals work?

Whether it's a Graduation, special Birthday, Anniversary, Christening, Quinceañera, or anything else, we are here to help make it special with a number of tent options, lighting, accessories, and specialty décor. Our Policies
Pricing Policy

We value honesty. All of our pricing is up front and posted on our site, we don't make you guess what you will have to pay or if you are paying a different price than someone else who booked a party with us. Got a quote from someone else? Let us know, we'll price match any reasonable competitive quote. If we can't, we'll let you know.

Cash Discounts
​
Want to pay in cash? Yes, we can offer a discount on any cash payments, please inquire with us.
​
Pet Policy
​
We love our furry and feathery friends but due to allergies and potential damage to the air mattresses we require that these friends not participate in the sleepover. ​

Cancellation Policy
​
We allow cancellations up to 7 days prior to your event. Any cancellations less than 7 days prior to the event may be subject to a cancellation fee including fees for personalized orders.

Damage Policy
​​
If any items are damaged (aside from normal wear and tear) a fee may be assessed for repair or replacement.

Cleaning and Sanitation Policy
​​
We promise to you that all items delivered to you are properly cleaned. Bed linens are thoroughly washed and sanitized after each use and regularly replaced.

Travel Fee Policy
​
We love throwing parties and are happy to travel to your area! As we are based in Princeton, NJ, the first 25 miles around Princeton, NJ are included in our standard pricing. Please review the table below for travel fee details.
